You will learn grounding and centering practices to remain present while in the presence of other people. Resting in your hear t is a portal to a more direct bodily felt perception while allowing your awareness to be open and available.\n\nWhen resting in and examining your inner bodily landscape\, you can more easily feel and navigate the differe nt qualities in your body. This builds your capacity to remain present reg ardless of what happens and what you experience inside or outside your bod y. When we become aware of and can accommodate the emotional and sensory t one that tells us about the quality of our presence\, or the lack of it\, a change in the direction of more presence happens quite by itself. Stayin g present with yourself opens the door to natural\, spontaneous\, and equa l relationships based on your inherent higher self. Your bodily attention propagates to your bodily presence and manifests itself in your radiance\, with all your qualities – even those you may not yet have discovered. Y ou will also gain insights into dynamics that might stand in the way of yo ur overall truest presence.\n\n \;\n\nWho is this course designed for? \n\nThe course will focus on different ways of expressing this awareness v erbally\, how we ask open questions and provide appropriate and reassuring feedback\, so our clients (and other relationships) feel seen\, understoo d\, and valued.
